To All Our Donors!
By Principal Joselito Maslog
Our greetings of peace from the RBA Sabulao Memorial Elementary School!
Since May until now we tremendously received your donations through my very good friend Mr. Bruce Warren, who happened to visit here in the Philippines in March 2008, particularly on this Island of Mindanao.
Our school just existed in 2007 in its new site and we started with just three dilapidated classrooms. But now, big changes happened to our school because of your donations. Now the school has potable water very much safe to drink, rooms are lighted and feeding the children once a day from Monday to Friday. Feeding is very much necessary for most children don't have breakfast and nothing to eat during recess time.
More than 60% of our school children are Indigenous People or IPs. We're able to purchase some instructional materials for them for everyday learning. Medicines for first aid have been purchased even if its minimal but still it helps for emergency.
Children are very happy for your help and we hope and pray that you may continue helping our school especially the children. Your generosity has really made an impact for us!
From the bottom of our hearts our sincerest thanks and gratitude to all donors who made changes for our school and the lives of the children!
To God be the Glory!
In behalf of the school and the children,
